Expedited & Rush Job Guitar & Bass Setups
We offer expedited guitar setup services and expedited bass setup services for instruments that do not require ordering parts or strings.
Expedited services for certain relatively minor repairs may be possible. For expedited repairs we need to have any needed parts in-hand before scheduling work.

Expedited Process Overview
Generally speaking, simply schedule an appointment to bring in your instrument. We will complete the intake process and immediately add it to our schedule. We will notify you when the instrument is, or will be, ready for pickup. Set a time to pick-up your instrument and pay any open balance via card, check, or cash.

EXPEDITED: Our 6/8 Time Service - Fast!
TURNAROUND TIME for our 6/8 Time Setup service is **ready for pickup within 3 business days from *intake day/time. When our shop schedule commitments permit, we may have the work done sooner than three days.
THE COST for our 6/8 Time service is 1.5 x our standard service prices. (i.e., standard 6-7 string guitar setup, or 4-5 string bass setup, is $113). Scheduling of services requires a ***$50 deposit.
RUSH JOB: Our 9/8 Time Service - Faster!
TURNAROUND TIME for our 9/8 Time Setup service (RUSH JOB) is **ready for pickup within 24-hours of *intake day/time. (excluding Saturday or Sunday).
THE COST for our 9/8 Time service is 2 x our standard service prices. (i.e., standard 6-7 string guitar setup, or 4-5 string bass setup, is $150). Scheduling of services requires a ***$50 deposit.
Provisions of All Expedited Service Work
- All intakes and returns are done only by appointment. Please text 770-654-3223 for faster service, or use the form below for a reply within 4 hours.
- * Intake Time; effective start date/time for instruments received before 3:00 p.m. will be when the instrument is physically received. The effective start date/timeInstruments received after 3:00 p.m. will be set at 9:00 a.m. the following business day.
- ** Ready for Pickup Time; effective completion date/time for service is based on the customer being notified by text, email or voice mail that the instrument is ready for pickup. Customers electing to use our pickup/delivery service will be given priority scheduling.
- *** A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to schedule expedited services. If expedited services are cancelled, any deposit will be available for 90 days as a credit towards services.
- Rescheduling expedited services within 24-hours of a set appointment may require a $25 rescheduling charge.
- Expedited service is not available if strings or components need to be special ordered. We can, however; order parts and schedule expedited service when items are received.
- The cost of any special order strings, parts, or components must be prepaid.
- Special offers, discounts, and promo specials may not be applied to expedited services.

We can do that for you!
Artisan Concierge Service is only $25.00 in Cobb or south Cherokee | $40.00 in north Cherokee, Bartow, or Paulding counties. We urge customers using our pickup/drop-off service provide a protective guitar case or gig bag.

We're conveniently located for people near KSU, Town Center Mall, East Cobb, downtown Kennesaw, and Woodstock. We are approximately 15 minutes from Guitar Center in Kennesaw, and 12 minutes from I-75 at Chastain Road. Our two locations are approximately 25 minutes north of I-285 and I-75 in Atlanta.
